&lt;model-viewer><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Using <a href=\"https:\/\/modelviewer.dev\/\"><strong>&lt;model-viewer><\/strong><\/a> to embed GLB files provides the greatest compatibility for viewing 3D models on the web and in AR. &lt;model-viewer> is a web component that provides:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Interactive 3D model view in the browser<\/li><li>Source link to view GLB on Android devices<\/li><li>Source link to view USD on iOS devices<\/li><li>and many other attributes<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_Do_I_Embed_a_3D_Model_GLB\"><\/span>How Do I Embed a 3D Model (GLB)?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>KeyShot allows you to export a GLB file that can be used in various ways. This, along with <a href=\"https:\/\/modelviewer.dev\/\">&lt;model-viewer><\/a> allows you to embed 3D models on your webpage to allow 3D model viewing on both desktop and mobile browsers, plus AR viewing for supported iOS and Android mobile devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_You_Need\"><\/span><strong>What You Need<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>A GLB file exported from KeyShot<\/strong><br>In KeyShot Pro, go to <em>File, Export<\/em>, and select <em>Export to GLB\/GLTF<\/em>. If you would like to provide an option to view the model in AR on iOS devices, export a USD file as well using the same method selecting <em>Export, Export to USD.<\/em><\/li><li><strong>The &lt;model-viewer> embed code<\/strong><br>This is a simple embed code used like any other HTML. Simply add this in the html at the location on your webpage you want to display the 3D model. For more information on use and attributes, please visit <a href=\"http:\/\/modelviewer.dev\/\">modelviewer.dev<\/a>. We recommend under 50MB for best experience.<\/li><li>See <a href=\"https:\/\/developer.apple.com\/augmented-reality\/quick-look\/\">USDZ examples<\/a> provided by Apple for reference<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To view a GLB in AR on Android devices using Scene Viewer, the device must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Be an <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.google.com\/ar\/discover\/supported-devices\">ARCore supported device<\/a> on Android 7.0 and up<\/li><li>Have an up to date version of <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.google.ar.core\">Google Play Services for AR<\/a><\/li><li>Have an up to date version of the <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox\">Google app<\/a><\/li><li>GLB file size limits: 15MB Max (10MB recommended); 100,000 triangles max, (although files with more triangles below the 15MB threshold may work).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If the above is met, the AR view should appear on the mobile device.
