For larger companies, there may be more than one KeyShot license server at the same or multiple locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KeyShot allows you to choose between different license servers. Below you will find instructions for changing the license server connection within KeyShot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please contact your IT department for VPN connection instructions when trying to connect to a remote license server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How To Change Your License Server Connection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  1. Ensure that your client computer can connect to the current server.<\/li>
  2. Open KeyShot Pro Floating.<\/li>
  3. Windows:<\/strong>\u00a0Go to the main menu and click\u00a0Help > Floating license settings\u2026<\/em><\/em>
    Mac:<\/strong>\u00a0Go to the main menu and click\u00a0KeyShot > Floating license settings\u2026<\/em><\/em><\/li>
  4. Change the port number and the hostname\/IP address as needed. \u00a0Click\u00a0OK<\/em>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
