It\u2019s important to realize that the mouse is moving the camera and not the model. In other words, when you use Left Mouse Button (<em>LMB<\/em>) to rotate, the camera is rotating around the model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To change the position of the models, see&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/manual.keyshot.com\/keyshot10\/manual\/models-tab\/moving-models-and-parts\/\">Moving Models and Parts<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"NavigatingYourScene-MouseControls\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mouse_Controls\"><\/span>Mouse Controls<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The mouse is the main method for controlling the position and orientation of the camera. With it, you can rotate, pan and change distance<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Camera Tumble (Rotate)<\/strong><br>To tumble your camera, press and hold <em>LMB <\/em>while moving the mouse. This changes both the azimuth and inclination of the camera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Camera Pan<\/strong><br>To pan your camera press and hold the <em>MMB <\/em>while moving the mouse. This changes the position of the camera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Camera Dolly (Distance)<\/strong><br>To dolly your camera, roll the scroll wheel forward to increase distance or back to decrease distance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"NavigatingYourScene-KeyboardControls\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Keyboard_Controls\"><\/span>Keyboard Controls<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KeyShot also provides additional ways to navigate your scene and control your camera using the keyboard.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Camera Dolly (Distance)<\/strong><br>To dolly your camera, press <em>Alt + RMB <\/em>(Windows\/Mac) while moving the mouse. This changes the\u00a0Distance\u00a0of your camera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Camera Perspective<\/strong><br>To change camera perspective, press <em>Shift, Alt + RMB <\/em>(Windows\/Mac). This will adjust\u00a0Distance,\u00a0Perspective\/Focal Length\u00a0and\u00a0Field of View.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Camera Twist<\/strong><br>To twist the camera, press <em>Ctrl, Alt + Wheel <\/em>(Windows) or\u00a0<em>\u2318, Alt + Wheel <\/em>(Mac).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Standard Views<\/strong><br>To cycle through the standard view (front, back, left, right, top, bottom, isometric) select\u00a0<em>Ctrl, Alt + 1-7 <\/em>(Windows) or\u00a0<em>\u2318, Alt + 1-7 <\/em>(Mac)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Focal Length<\/strong><br>To change Focal Length press <em>Alt + Wheel <\/em>(Windows\/Mac).
