When the Offset is set to 0 (default) the black areas will be on the surface of your geometry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Displace-TriangleSize\">Triangle Size<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<em>Triangle Size<\/em>&nbsp;slider allows you to set the size of the triangles that makes up the displacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Displace-TriangleSizeinPixels\">Triangle Size in Pixels<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>By default the triangle size is set in the current scene units. Enable this if you want to set it in pixels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Displace-MaxTriangles\">Max Triangles<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<em>Max Triangles<\/em>&nbsp;slider allows you to limit the amount of triangles (in millions) used to displace each part. Note that the value is the targeted max, the actual amount produced can be slightly higher.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Displace-Connectednodes\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Connected_nodes\"><\/span>Connected nodes<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Displace-Displace\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Displace\"><\/span>Displace<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<em>Displace<\/em>&nbsp;socket of the&nbsp;<em>Displace<\/em>&nbsp;node is where the texture is applied. In order for the displacement to have effect on your geometry you need to connect a texture.
