The error code will usually contain some information as to what might be wrong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Error_code_-5_No_such_feature_exists\"><\/span>Error code: -5, No such feature exists<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The most recently checked out KeyShot feature (Pro, Enterprise, HD&#8230;) is no longer available on the server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To resolve this, either check out a different feature, or contact <a href=\"mailto:license@luxion.com\">license@luxion.com<\/a> to receive assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ClientError:UnknownError-HowToFixIt:\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Error_Code_-83_Server_FLEXlm_version_older_than_clients\"><\/span>Error Code: -83, Server FLEXlm version older than client&#8217;s<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This error code is shown when the Luxion License server is running a version that is too old for the KeyShot Client.<br>To resolve the issue, follow the steps below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Download the latest Luxion License Server update.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button download-button win\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-vivid-cyan-blue-background-color has-background\" href=\"https:\/\/manual.keyshot.com\/keyshot10\/?ddownload=339286\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Windows<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-button download-button mac\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-vivid-cyan-blue-background-color has-background\" href=\"https:\/\/manual.keyshot.com\/keyshot10\/?ddownload=339287\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mac OS X<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Run the installer file and follow the prompts on the installation wizard.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Launch the&nbsp;<em>Luxion License Server<\/em>&nbsp;application and click&nbsp;<em>New License&nbsp;<\/em>to reload the license<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. It is also a good idea to update KeyShot itself. You can check for updates from the Help menu inside KeyShot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Once your server is up to date and running, KeyShot will start properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Error_code_-97_The_desired_vendor_daemon_is_down\"><\/span>Error code: -97, The desired vendor daemon is down<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Luxion License server Vendor Daemon is either down or does not exist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The two most common causes for this error is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. LUXION.exe is being blocked by a Firewall. To resolve this, check that your Firewall is not blocking <em>C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Luxion License Server\\LUXION.exe<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. The server that is being attempted to connect to, have a FLEXlm server running, but not for KeyShot. Make sure the Luxion License Server is running on the server machine.
