You can check the service status within the LUXION.log file (found inside your&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/manual.keyshot.com\/keyshot10\/manual\/installation\/pro-floating-installation\/luxion-license-server-installation\/\" data-type=\"manual_documentation\" data-id=\"2546\">License Folder<\/a>). If you find any problems, see&nbsp;server errors&nbsp;for&nbsp;troubleshooting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ClientError:LoopingPrompt-Computerconnection\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Computer_connection\"><\/span>Computer connection<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Make sure that your client computer can ping the license server and that your client computer can \u201csee\u201d the server in your office network. Contact your IT department if you are using a VPN connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ClientError:LoopingPrompt-ServerPorts\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Server_Ports\"><\/span>Server Ports<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remember that KeyShot uses port number 27000 by default. It is possible that another application in your computer is using this port. You can try to change the port number in the license&nbsp;first and then inside KeyShot Pro Floating. Please refer to&nbsp;instructions on how to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/manual.keyshot.com\/keyshot10\/manual\/installation\/pro-floating-installation\/keyshot-pro-floating-installation\/\" data-type=\"manual_documentation\" data-id=\"2584\">change the port number.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ClientError:LoopingPrompt-Firewall\/Anti-virussettings\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"FirewallAnti-virus_settings\"><\/span>Firewall\/Anti-virus settings<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Turn off the firewall on the server and the client. If this is already the case, then you can try to add LUXION.exe and lmgrd.exe to the list of programs allowed through the firewall and through the anti-virus. Please consult your IT representative for further assistance with firewall\/anti-virus settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ClientError:LoopingPrompt-ClientEnvironmentVariable\/Registry\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Client_Environment_VariableRegistry\"><\/span>Client Environment Variable\/Registry<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on your system\u2019s restrictions, it is possible that KeyShot is unable to save the Server information.
